Sweet Life Cupcakes

I ordered a cupcake cake for my fathers birthday and unfortunately had to cancel my order in fear the cupcakes would melt or fall over during my 3 hour trip. I had come into the store to make sure that I wasn't charged twice, since my bank account statement presented it otherwise. While they were helpful at first, when I tried to explain my confusion again and that it probably was a bank error, the ladies continuously referenced that they lost money. I understood that I cost them a sale but I found it extremely appalling that 1.77 (an 88 cent charge for using the square) would result in such rude behavior. By using the square would mean that they understood they would be charged for card fees and I felt as if it shouldn't have been an issue to get upset over. Definitely gave me a bad experience/impression.

These were ordered to a clinic by a representative so that's why they were a little sideways. Honestly, it could have been a big round ball of these thrown in a box. They are perfect! You guys at Sweet Life Cupcakes do a perfect job with the baking and creation of these bits of sweet life! Thank you!

I read the other low review ad thought no way is this the cupcake place I order birthday cakes. Then ran into problem because I was hospitalized before my husbands birthday. I ordered cake weeks before then I tried to pay 3 days before pickup was told so sorry but this isn't enough time. Flippantly told to well soon. To late for ordering cake from another bakery, no offer to compromise on design nothing! Honestly I expected an offer of something, maybe an email when they decided not to bake cake something! Sadly I'll be ordering cakes from bakery in ft worth for birthdays again. Update desperate just called and was told 48 hrs needed for cake orders. I provided weeks notice, payment 72 hrs before pickup and cake was cancelled. Husband will be having dessert from restaurant for birthday
